Oh, please do try to sue them. Maybe when the judge ends up wearing your ass for a shoe, you'll finally realise this 1st amendment crap does not apply to privately-owned websites. Forums have rules; your use of the forum constitutes an agreement to abide by them and / or accept the consequences if you don't. No amount of whining will change that.
Untrue. When they made their bandwidth in America, they had to agree to the laws here in the U.S. One of those laws include the U.S. constitution, which grants everyone constitutional rights. Amendment one states that every person has freedom of speech. It doesn't matter if their site is private or not. If their site is owned in the U.S, then I have constitutional rights and unless the jurys were liberal, then I'll most likely win the case.
I'll be sure to personally send you a can of whip-ass once I do win the case, however. Trust me, as a pro-constitution citizen, I WILL win the case.
